Our mission is to assist families to customise their loved one’s send off without following the typical dreary funeral process. We seek to empower families by providing advice and guidance at no-cost and providing recommendations on how best to provide their own service.
In 2020 in Australia:
- the average cost of a direct cremation with no service was around $3,500
- the average cost of a funeral was around $8,000.
- the average cost of a premium funeral started at around $15,000.
Our first aim is to show families that there can be massive cost savings by controlling the process themselves. It seems obscene to spend thousands of dollars on wooden caskets that are ultimately burned in a matter of days. It is equally wasteful to pay a markup or commission to traditional funeral providers, florists, embalming and the like. Our pre-paid fixed fee services are an ideal option both after death and when undertaking the process of estate planning. In some circumstances we may be able to provide the cremation at no cost or on a deferred fee basis.
Our second aim is to show families that traditional chapel services at cemetery locations can be avoided and that funerals can take place across Western Australia’s most beautiful outdoor locations. Browse our main menu to see our suggestions.
Our third aim is to facilitate a more celebratory wake environment. There is no need for the traditional cucumber sandwiches in the break-out area of the cemetery chapel. We provide recommendations for venues who provide quality food, beverages and atmosphere.
Our fourth aim is to put families in touch with our award winning succession lawyers Gregson & Associates to advise on how to best administer estates. These providers are a part of our overall organisation. For that reason, they provide free initial advice, fixed and deferred fee arrangements. Our partners have contacts with realtors, conveyancers, estate tax specialists, valuers and many more.
